With Jackie you can have wonderful exercises – a special set-up for your body (and mind) and the daytime. I had the chance to take part a few times, in groups and single sessions as well. My movement and body feeling is getting better and better … and it’s fun. Recommended!

Ich bin eine sehr aktive, normal sportliche Person - habe aber seit 30 Jahren einen Sitzjob und eine angeborene Kniefehlstellung, die zu Arthrose in beiden Knien geführt hat. Bei Belastung schwellen meine Knie an und schmerzen. Ansonsten habe ich keine nennenswerten Fehlstellungen....das weiss ich dank Jackies toller Postural Alignment Analyse. Das von ihr ausgearbeitete Programm unterstützt mich mit gezielten Übungen für meinen gesamten Körper und besonders für meine Knie! Toll finde ich das individuelle ganzheitliche Angebot, was genau auf meine persönliche Situation zugeschnitten ist. Jackie geht in jeder Session mit viel Empathie und KnowHow auf mich ein. I am a 53 year old wife and mother with a history of osteoarthritis and secondary complications due to the use of walking aids and attempts to avoid painful positions. When I met Jackie I had already done some work towards improving my situation, such as becoming vegetarian and eating nutritionally, drinking plenty of water and focusing on creating an alkaline environment for my body. However I was unable to correct my posture. Jackie gave me an initial assessment, measuring my usual standing position and then I was put through a series of exercises specifically designed to counteract my years of bad habits and alleviate the pain in my lower back. Jackie checked my progress regularly and was always available if I had a question that was outside of our appointment. I am now mindful of using muscles properly. I stand taller and have less back pain because of a correct stance. I work as a Makeup Artist and stand for the most part of the day and even after a very long day at work, I have noticed that my shoulders and back do not hurt the way they used to. Jackie’s Postural exercises is something everyone should do, as we all fall into bad habits and suffer pain because of it. Jackie is a great teacher and very patient, and I highly recommend working with her.

„Zu Fuß über die Alpen“ war das große Ziel – 7 Monate nach meiner 3-fachen Hüftumstellung. Neben Ehrgeiz und dem Willen gehört natürlich körperliche Fitness und Kondition dazu. Und da kam Jackie ins Spiel. Denn als Egoscue-Trainerin und passionierte Alpenüberquererin weiß sie, worauf es ankommt. Der Mix aus dem fundierten Wissen über den Körper und ihrer unendlichen Energie machte sie zu einer perfekten Personal Trainerin für mein Vorhaben. Nach der Bestandsaufnahmen hat Jackie das Trainingsprogramm ausgearbeitet und die Einzelübungen speziell auf mich ausgerichtet, so dass die Hüfte Stück für Stück weiter einbezogen wurde. Über 12 Wochen habe ich kontinuierlich 5x die Woche mit Jackie früh morgens via Zoom auf Entfernung trainiert Ob es immer leicht war? Nein! Ob der innere Schweinehund da war? Ja! Was geholfen hat: Frühsport mit Jackie wurde zur Morgenroutine und das gute Gefühl nach der Session, etwas für mich, meinen Körper und auch für Geist und Seele getan zu haben, war einfach unbezahlbar. Jackie macht also nicht nur fit, sondern auch glücklich! Dass ich 7 Monate nach der Hüft-OP fit und vor allem schmerzfrei zu Fuß über die Alpen wandern konnten: Auch ein großer Verdienst von Jackie. Deshalb: Jackie und YuMe-Balance – eine Empfehlung von Herzen für Menschen, die mehr vom Leben und mit Spaß und Energie in Form kommen wollen.

Thank you Jackie/ YuMe for giving me the insight and the tools to be in an even better shape for the next Sparta race. I just want to share that since I have been doing the shoulder and back alignment exercises I feel stronger and more balanced then before. The menu only takes me 15 minutes a day and allows me to start my day knowing I have done something really good for myself. Every time we create a new menu i notice that only after 5 days the exercises get easier which means they are effective and exactly what I need. My shoulders are level, my back is straighter and I stand tall with my 2meters! I recommend anyone who wants to be in the best shape possible to invest 15 minutes a day to improve their posture. I am now more than ready to do my Spartan Race in Abu Dhabi 3,4 December 🙂

I am very excited to share with you a fabulous opportunity that I have been given to help a Team improve their Balance in “Working Life” through the Mental Health Program their company is offering to them.  I was contacted by Fidelity Germany with the following statement – “The health of our employees is very important to us and we would like to prevent health impairments caused by home office work by offering a workout program that focuses on improving our staff’s energy levels even more. The unusual sitting at the kitchen or dining room table can lead to severe muscular tension in the neck and shoulder area. And the health of our employees is our most important asset. When they asked me the question “Jackie do you have something for that? Something that helps get rid of back, shoulder and knee pain?” I answered – Of course I do! The Program that we offer to the staff was great success. We do a 30 Minute Workout once a week that gets the team up and moving and lifts their energy levels that help them kick start their day.
